This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for LearnTurkish AI ("the App") subscriptions and purchases. We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices in compliance with European Union consumer protection laws and the policies of our distribution platforms.
LearnTurkish AI offers two premium subscription plans:

Local prices may vary based on your country and currency. All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, with the following exception:
Despite this exception, we voluntarily offer a refund procedure (described below) for customers who experience technical issues, accidental purchases, or are not satisfied with the service.
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, refunds are processed directly by Apple. We do not have direct access to App Store transactions.
Apple typically reviews refund requests within 24-48 hours. Apple's refund decision is final and based on Apple's terms of service.

If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, refunds are processed by Google for purchases within 48 hours.

If you purchased your subscription via our website (processed by Paddle.com), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us directly:
Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for unused time.
Refund reverses a payment and immediately revokes premium access.

Please note: For App Store and Google Play purchases, refund decisions are made solely by Apple and Google, respectively, based on their own policies.
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard price unless cancelled.
If we change subscription prices, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Price changes take effect at the next renewal. You can cancel before the renewal date to avoid the new price.
